Sisterlocks™
Consultation
Your journey begins with a detailed consultation lasting up to two hours. During this session, we’ll discuss your hair care routine, history, lifestyle, and styling preferences. You’ll receive a full overview of the Sisterlocks™ process, along with essential maintenance tips to keep your locs healthy and thriving.
I will assess your hair texture and install 6-8 sample locks to determine the best locking pattern for your hair type. This is also a great time to ask any questions you may have, so feel free to come prepared with a list.
To secure your installation appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the consultation, which will be applied toward your total Sisterlocks™ package cost.
Locking Session
Your Sisterlocks™ installation is a multi-day process, typically scheduled over three days.
As part of your package, you will receive a Sisterlocks™ Starter Kit, which includes:
• Sisterlocks™ Shampoo
• Small rubber bands
• A guide with grooming and washing tips
We will discuss everything in detail during your consultation to ensure you feel fully prepared for your installation.
Follow Up Appointment
Four weeks after your installation, you’ll return for a follow-up appointment. This session allows me to check for any slippage, retighten new growth, and address any concerns. At this time, we’ll also establish a regular retightening schedule (every 4 to 6 weeks) to maintain the health and beauty of your locs.
